About Us
Northwest CT Adult Day Center (formerly Litchfield Hills Adult Day Care) was established in 2014 by Amy Fitzpatrick to address the growing problem of caring for seniors living at home.
Our center provides an affordable alternative to both in-home and residential care. We strive to meet the needs of caregivers and their loved ones.
OUR MISSION:
It is our mission at Northwest CT Adult Day Center to treat our members with respect and dignity. We will provide them with the highest quality of care. Members of the Northwest CT Adult Day Center will feel as safe and comfortable at our social model center as they would in their own homes. It is our pleasure to provide activities and entertainment that are structured to fit each individual’s abilities.

“My belated but most sincere thank you to you all for the wonderful care you took of my mom. She so loved going “to school” and being able to “help out”. Her favorite part of the day was always arts and crafts ~ she was always so proud of her treasures! Your kindness, thoughtfulness and genuine concern for her are most appreciated. You helped ease some of the pressures at home and there are no words to adequately express my gratitude and appreciation for all that you’ve done.”
